Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, firm name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, website address and message. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why do we use it?

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, or the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

How long do we keep it?

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires after our work ends.

Who do we share it with?

Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and form providers, under contracts that protect your data. We never sell personal data.

What are your rights?

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
