Pricing questions

Is there a minimum contract?

There is no minimum contract. You stay because the work is bringing in enquiries, not because a contract says you must.

Are there any set-up fees?

There is a one-off website build fee, from £500 depending on the size of the site. It covers designing, writing and launching your new website. After that you pay only the monthly fee, and both are agreed in writing before we start.

Can we change package later?

Yes. Many firms start with Foundation or Growth and move up once enquiries are flowing. We review the fit with you regularly.

How do we judge whether it is worth the fee?

The same way you would appraise any investment. Work out what a typical new client is worth to you in annual fees and how many years they usually stay. As an illustrative example, a client paying £2,400 a year who stays five years is worth £12,000 in fees. Compare that with the monthly cost, and you can see how many new clients a year the work needs to win to pay for itself.

Why fixed monthly fees rather than hourly billing?

For the same reason many accountants moved to fixed fees: you know the cost in advance, and we are rewarded for results rather than hours.
